The Second Amendment Constitutional freedoms of Californian's are already weakened by some of the strictest gun control laws in the nation. Any further gun control laws put into action shall do nothing but take the guns out of the hands of law abiding citizens and leave them in the hands of criminals. When criminals are the only ones with guns, world wide statics show that dramatic increases in gun violence occur.
Every gun owner, hunter, sportsman, and supporter of the Second Amendment must get involved. Please sign my petition to build public support and show the law makers of this state that we have had enough. Now is the time to be heard!

I honestly did not think this would gain this much steam so quickly but it is clear that people are finally fed up with the constant overreach in Sacramento. It is kind of wild to look at the momentum building while I drink my coffee because I was worried nobody would pay attention to this at all.

when will Californians wake up!? these laws only hurt the good guys and empower the bad guys. this is like a get rich quick scheme for dirty politicians like Yee!!
STOP TRYING TO DISARM US!!!! Criminals dont follow laws anyway so this just puts us all in danger.
getting really tired of sacramento trying to control every single thing we do. leave my rights alone already.
the 2nd amendment isnt a suggestion. keep your hands off my property.
I oppose any restriction involving new gun laws in California

Californian's gun rights are already being violated. The state has pushed too far and make it hard for good citizens to obtain firearms. With our rights as US citizens being unlawfully taken away already in this state, any more restrictions would be a complete disregard for the constitution and the American way.
