Motel 6 will bring more traffic, crime and is unwanted so close to a community with many kids and an elementary school. I strongly oppose this motel from being built so close to our community.

We don't want a cheap Motel and the traffic that brings and the image that brings to where we live, and pay a lot to do so.

There is no need for a hotel at Yosemite and Dry Creek Road. There are three elementary schools in that vicinity that house children ages 4-10. Not to mention the amount of neighborhoods with good standing home values.

There is a glut of hotel accommodations surrounding the Willow Creek, FoxRidge and Walnut neighborhoods. There is no for a "budget" option. Crime has already increased dramatically since I moved here 40 years ago. No need for a magnet to draw more unsavory opportunists.
