This will only bring down the quality of the areas and surrounding neiborhoods with a decrease of property value. Don't let this happen!

I hope my signature makes a difference here just to voice my inner voice out of the motel... I just don't feel comfortable with the idea.... Bc am thinking of the schools around us more than having a motel around the schools.

It's not needed and doesn't fit with the current properties in the area!

What a terrible hotel to add to our community!! We don’t need to bring down our home values.

I don't think a motel in this mostly residential area should be part of Centennial's vision for the city's development as a whole. There are other areas in the city that would be more suitable.

I am not in favor of a Motel 6 at this location. It is too close to a school, and there are plenty of other motels in the areas.

We moved into this area for that specific reason it's being one of the safest places in Colorado (and in the US). We don't want cheap "extended stay" motels/hotels anywhere near our home. We want our kids be safe whether they walk on the street, play in the park or have a recess time at school. There is still plenty of space in Colorado and Denver Metro where the Motel 6 type of lodging belongs to, and this is not our neighborhood. Having another Motel 6 around will add crime, result in property taxes go up (to stop that crime), and will ultimately reduce our homes values. This all starts with one spoiled thing - we will NOT let it happen.

It is deplorable that the Centennial City Council would even consider this proposal. It is a threat to our children, our neighborhood, our safety, and our property values.

The potential for this establishment being used for the undesirable purpose of low cost - high density housing and attracting illegal activity as evidenced by the experience of other similar nearby establishments is too risky. Please put a moratorium on this in order to study these issues.

This is not a appropriate use for the property near a residential area.

Willow Creek residents greatest concerns over this, or any low budget mo/hotel, are the proven increased crime associated with these types of lodging. This would be too close to our elementary school and with the exponential growth in sex crimes, we need our elected officials to have the wherewithal to do their part in protecting our children.

As a Willow Creek 2 resident, I don't want more traffic or more crime across Yosemite from our homes.
