Not on Yosemite, too close to residential and schools. There are already other extended stay hotels nearby, don’t want another.

"Please impose a moratorium on any applications for the extended stay economy hotels in order to gie the City time to study the impact that hotels of this nature will have on the community and consider new distance requirements for proximity to residential neighborhoods."

We must be mindful to keep the quality and safety of our neighborhoods in mind, into the future. Budget hotels this close to a stellar Centennial neighborhood is just plain outrageous. Also consider the close proximity to Willow Creek Elementary and Dry Creek Elementary,and how this impacts our children’s safety

This is not a good idea for this location. There is already a motel of this economy type across the street and it can barely stay a float due to congestion with traffic.

This piece of crap motel doesn’t belong in the suburbs put it out by the airport or somewhere with low income housing where it belongs.

There are more than enough lower tier hotels in this area- this is hardly the type of imaginative, vibrant business we want to improve our community

I live in Willow Creek close to Yosemite. Since the city of Centennial has not built a nice brick sound wall around the Willow Creek neighborhood due to the already extensive commercial development that is been allowed over the years I (e.g. IKEA) it is shameful that the city of Centennial is considering approving a Motel 6 without offering to build a brick sound wall around the affected Willow Creek neighborhood.
Please ask Motel 6 to respond to all of these comments on this petition website so everyone can see them.
