Ask the cities of Greenwood Village and Lone Tree about the amount of time and resources their police departments spend at the Extended Stay America locations in their cities. That should be enough justification alone to block this development.

A Motel 6, to me, would not fit in or around this neighborhood. It is family friendly with high-end properties. Thank you for the opportunity to voice our opinion.

We do not need more low end motels in our neighborhood close to an elementary school and residential area.

I think that this would degrade our amazing neighborhood. It absolutely does not belong across the street from residences and an elementary school.

I am a Willow Creek resident. We do not want this across from our neighborhood/home. This should be in a place away from neighborhoods. I do not want to feel that my kids are unsafe because there are non-residents and strangers this near to our home.

The hotels/motels along the I-25 corridor are "hosts" to those trafficking in the sex trade. DO Not add one more place for this barbaric, criminal activity to flourish.

I think having a Motel 6 in this location is a very bad idea at this time. It requires more research. We need to have talks with Greenwood Village to see how it is for them and perhaps learn from their mistake.

Development of this nature should not be placed in close proximity to residential communities as it has an adverse impact of safety, traffic patterns, property values and the character of nearby communities. I do not support approval of this project
