I appeal to P&Z to reject this as it will detrimental to the neighborhood and Norwalk as a whole. This does not belong in a residential neighborhood.

To Whom It May Concern, I gave up Walking to Rite Aid from Halstead Ave. Crossing East Ave took me almost 20 minutes. The traffic is heavy, noisy and scary. NO TO MORE HEAVY, NOISY AND SCARY TRAFFIC. I want to be able to walk a block around my neighborhood!

This will affect quality of life for all Norwalkers, not just those in the neighborhood. Traffic already gets clogged heading to the beach. Add delays caused by trucks trying to make the turn onto Fitch. No thanks. Added pollution and noise? No thanks again. And opening the door to future expansion or other sites like this? Triple no thanks. We may need the tax revenue and a few more local jobs, but not at this cost.

Please not yet another traffic causing addition to Norwalk! The Post Road near Walmart/Home Depot is a chaotic mess & now they want East Avenue to get hit too?

This is something that is destructive to our neighborhood and not appropriate for this area. The people making these decisions for our town are making the wrong ones.

I live very close to this area and my kids go to all of those three schools. Locating a truck disrribution center there is ridiculous. This is a residential area, this center will ruin it.

This kind of truck traffic should never be routed through a residential area - especially with 3 schools and a preschool on the route!

Some economic opportunities are simply not worth it and this is one of them. As a resident of Norwalk, I am asking you to vote against this proposal.

Zoning should come live on sunset hill, Tierney st, beacon ave, strawberry hill, and deal with noise, car accidents, people turning into your driveway, and they would not like to have 18 wheelers create all pollution.

We are so tired of what the Planning & Zoning has been getting away with our Mayor’s blessings in hurting Norwalk for years. The over building of Apartments/Condos wherever you look. The disastrous Commercial building. And now this outrageous Distribution Center! It’s shameful how the lack of any concern for Norwalk Tax Paying Residents don’t seem to take priority!

Please care about the residents in this town - think about how you would feel if this directly impacted you, your family and your home value. Set the example of good and honest politics where people come before money. Do we really NEED this distribution center in our town? Fight for the people who voted you in by supporting this petition please!
