This development would be a huge 'blot on the landscape', and would be detrimental to the visual beauty of the area, which is the very reason that we visit the area. The impact on wildlife would also be detrimental.

Aside from the well-documented environmental disadvantages, this proposal is pointless. Destroying the landscape, the very reason visitors come to Mid Wales, is self-defeating

There are already a huge number of static caravans in the area. The price advertised for these is extortionate and most will be unsold. They will be a blight on our beautiful countryside and impact on local wildlife.

I don't see a need for this tyoe of development on humanitarian grounds. And once that piece of countryside is gone, it's gone forever. A pointless and short sighted development.

I agree that this planning application is ridiculous - too many caravans, disruption of local flora and fauna etc etc, not to mention the extra traffic on an already very busy route in the summer. Enough is enough

My family own and run Gellidywyll caravan park next door and the amount of caravans in a small area isn’t sustainable, I’m a fisherman and love nature and we work hard to provide places for nature to thrive, we do believe it would affect nature in such a small area !

Such sites are ruining the reason peole come to Wales - there is already more than enough tourist accommodation. Treat our countryside with the respect it deserves!!!

Council / councillors are there to represent the local community and there views on local issues, Sataration of the area with caravans & cabins will certainly have a detrimental effect on the community & wild life habitats etc. This application should be refused to retain a balanced environment for human & nature to live in harmony.
