I live in Maes Mawr Barns and I don’t have anything against caravans but if they’re built on the hills, the lights from them will scare off local wildlife (including lots of birds, rabbits and even deer every so often) and the noise from them will be echoed through the valley because of the structure of the hills, so lots of people living in the area will be affected.

There are more than enough caravans in the area and adding more to the area is ridiculous, Moat Lane already has problems with flooding, why make it even worse.

Most valleys in mid-Wales have these static parks and most look second-rate - as I'm cetain this would.
The access is also a very suspect.

No affected residents were consulted. 300 caravans means thousands of tons of concrete poured into the hillsides and an extra 90.000 gallons of water daily in the Caersws flood plain affecting Newtown and Shrewsbury etc.

Moat Lane will not be able to cope with the increased traffic and pedestrians that 100 more caravans will produce.
