Think of the disturbance to valued wildlife, their habitat is threatened by man’s greed and selfishness. There is also a serious risk of flood problems with more concrete preventing water drainage.
We surely have to be responsible custodians of our land and other creatures we share it with.
Please refuse this application.

Has there been an environmental impact assessment? The proposed development obviously has totally adverse affects and it is difficult to see any justification especially on agricultural land.

I think there's quite enough going on in this area already and statics are hardly attractive from an architectural point of view, quite the opposite.

The remoteness, natural wildlife habitats and unspoilt lanscsapes of mid Wales is what attracts tourism to this area in the first place. Please protect not pollute this magnificent rich environment for future generations.

I thoroughly support this Petition. There appears to be enough Caravan sites in this area already without the problems associated with adding anymore. Thank you.

The number of static caravans and lodges appears to be considerably out of context for the area.
There seems to have been no consideration of the potentisl destruction to the environment and no authoritative surveys, to the water table and water courses, . to the historical context, or fo the habitat, and breadth of plant and animal species including rare and protected.
Infrastructure, construction and site access on to a busy main road would also seem to need a rethink

The proposed development is much too large to be justified. Encouraging small-scale toursim sensitive to the rural environment is one thing. This proposal, however, does nothing but blight the landscape for financial gain.
At this time, when so much of our natural environment and wildliefe is under threat, the Council's tourist initiative should be mindful of conserving this wonderful and increasingly rare landscape and not turning it into a rural Butlins.

Contrary to being good for tourism this will destroy the countryside that tourists come to Wales for. It is also highly likely to increase the risk of flooding downstream.

This is outrageous protecting our countryside is paramount and should be given away for someone's personal profit.
