As visitors to this beautiful area we do not want to see it spoilt by more caravans!

I honestly believe it is absurd to think of such an application with so much flooding in the area and also to spoil the area

I have friends in Caersws so visit the area regularly. This application would destroy much of the natural beauty of the area. It would be over development.

This company has a number of caravan parks in the area and it’s common knowledge that they have people living on the parks while they only have a holiday use only licence, the caravan owners need to provide a utility bill of their home address, but the council seem to ignore this and let them get away with it year after year so if you don’t want more people living in our area and not paying council tax and pulling on our local doctors etc then please sign the petition !

These lot made the council look like idiots over the sale of glandulas because of the bypass the council will be silly to let them have it there’s too many in such a small area

I have visited and exhibited at Mid Wales Arts Centre which is in a lovely rural quiet setting. A caravan site being built will be an eyesore a massive noise disruption when it is being built and afterwards

There is not the infrastructure to support this application. Also what is the business case for more Static Vans in such a concentrated area? It will almost certainly impact the viability of existing sites.

We should, in mid-Wales, think differently - preserve and promote the one thing we have, which is unspoiled nature.

Landscape environs of Caersus are superb. Why spoil them?

I object to this application on the grounds of disturbance to drainage and wildlife habitat and to the visiblibilty of the vans and I question question the economic sustainability of so many holiday structures concentrated in one place. The appeal of the scenery and tranquillity of the landscape will be consumed by the exploitation.

Agree entirely with the objections listed in this petition. Unsuitable proposal in unsuitable place. Far from attracting tourists to our beautiful unspoilt countryside this will be a massive deterrent. Also, we already have enough ‘wide loads’ travelling on the roads around here. Please let common sense prevail.

I know this area well as I have a cottage above Van.
The development is unsuitable in an area prone to flooding.

Surely we have enough of these eye sores in Wales already. Enough is enough.

As there are already many Holiday home sites around this area which are already struggling to fill their empty plots I think that this development should be stopped because there is not the customer base and there and is not worth the environmental impact that this will have on the countryside, Caersws is a lovely village and does not have the infrastructure for this, it will also be a shame to see the wonderful countryside surrounding the village spoilt by this if allowed.
