I agree with these objections- particularly re visibility and run off / drainage issues.

The limit for the number of caravans and other accommodation for tourists in the Caersws area has already been reached.

just a huge blight ( blot on the landscape !).

Please don’t go ahead with this development. The longer term effects are awful and devastating for nature and irreversible - we need to protect areas such as this for future generations.

Got to be bad news all round , surely its dangerous for vehicles pulling out of moat line on to the main road maybe with caravans . Is there enough visibility to look both ways as per highways regulations ?

This would impact severely on mid Wales Arts. Surely it would be wrong to compromise a business that does so much for tourism and the local cpmmunity? Are there not enough caravans there already?

Good for concrete suppliers that's all this is good for. The views we have now of this beautiful part of Wales will be desecrated for ever. Between caravans & wind farms, this land was not created just for them. The planning will surely go through i'me afraid. Money talks.

This is not the right location for such a development. Another visual blot on our landscape. It will not be the big money spinner they seem to think. Developments like this rarely feed money into the local community.

Detrimental to the Welsh landscape ,Wildlife and surely is the radical development in a Rurel countryside

While tourism is so important for Wales, the need for protection of its unique environment is paramount. Its beauty is already under pressure from many caravan and holiday parks. Elsewhere from wind farms not always sensitively sited. In the past by heavy, sometimes exploitative industry. Protect rural Caersws.

Mid Wales Arts has developed into a fantastic arts centre and I believe that this static caravan development will be very detrimental to Mid Wales Arts future.

Cymru is becoming a playground/holiday park for the English. No more!

This is a special part of the world and should be protected from excessive infrastructure. Particularly concerned about extra traffic and harm to wildlife.

Wales is becoming nothing more than a playground for tourists. We need proper well paid jobs not the odd low paid seasonal ones. Is there any part of our beautiful country that will not be spoiled to cater for tourists

This development does not provide year round employment nor does it promote the change to a better quality provision. It flies against the tourism strategy of Visit Wales. There is no economic benefit to this type of development and runs contrary to the provisions of the Future Generations Act.

Wales is supposed to be moving upmarket and away from cheap and nasty tourism, so this plan flies in the face of Welsh Government policy. And that's without even considering the aesthetics of the case.

Surely even more traffic, including touring caravans, pulling out on to a busy main road cannot be good news from a safety point of view. as for the environmental impact surely we humans are doing enough damage to the land we call home and all the creatures we share the planet with. Wales is a beautiful country with thrilling vistas. let us all do what we can to keep it that way

The magic nature of mid Wales should be protected from large scale developments.
