Remove Principal Sue Ross & Leadership from Loudoun Valley High School

I feel like Sue's actions are lowering the highest possible grades I can get with her, "individualized learning program" which is just teachers giving vaguer instructions for more complicated tasks. I want to write notes, study them, and take a test, old school.

I whole heartedly agree with this whole post. She is unfit for the school. She made my last 2 week of high school the most ridiculous for simply holding a door open for another student. She told me I was going to be the cause of the next school shooting. When graduation day came I felt so awkward shaking her hand. She does not support or know her students her students unless you are winning championships or make the school look good academically.

As a current student at lvhs it’s scary to see a school go downhill so fast. Ross is never seen around school EVER. If kids skip class they do get an MIA (missing in action) but only get a “talk” with our admin. No one ever gets in trouble. Vapers and dab pens all over the school every day. You’ll be walking the halls and you will see so many people high. This is ridiculous, Sue needs to go.

You can literally do whatever you want at valley and get away with it. That includes just sitting in the hallways for a full day and you wouldn’t see Boss Ross once

Ms. Ross should be fired immediately, and replaced with someone who shows discipline and cares for their student body’s health, safety, academics, athletics and all around great 4 years. Not just sit in their office

Kids at valley of no respect for authority now. Fag freshmen wonder the halls begging for a “fiend”. The administration including sue Ross, Dr. Gulgert, Rodney Jones, and Mrs. Herndon all have neglected students up to the day that they posted loudoun times mirror article. It’s obvious they are lazy and much of the Valley staff has been aware of that.

How many scandals and controversies is it going to take to remove her.The latest Fiasco of students taking a break to wonder around the school grounds and hallways during CLASS TIME!! enough is enough. The school is meant to be a place of learning not a social experiment or Personal Agenda. I had several children there years ago, but no more of that. Serious students are going to suffer because of all this ,how can they possibly learn.

Her personalized learning made too many people fail

Horrible woman, I heard she bullied a student during my time at valley because a fellow student was playing Christian music. Also, she made rude comments to a girl who was taking pictures for the yearbook and the girls mother asked for an apology and the girl never got one. Sounds like a good principal to me!

This is a national shame. Shame, shame on Loundon County. Our state and nation has its eyes on you.

I agree Ross is not the ONLY problem but also that she is out of touch and lying. Students have no voice. Teachers have no voice. Been in that school 9 years. 4 in 2 to go and I had to introduce myself to her at her request. 5 years ago I wrote a letter for no response and could send the same letter today. HOW problems are addressed is in itself a problem and The majority seem to have no trust or confidence in her.

Susan Ross has put LVHS in jeopardy for a few years now and the LCSB has not did anything about her and the chooses she makes for LVHS. REMOVE HER IMMEDIATELY for safety of the students.

Too many problems showing up and no accountability for these problems, kids don’t need wellness walks, they need structure.

Ross is protected by someone or a group within the LCPS ... everyone else would have been removed for any of her shenanigans a long time ago. This current action will just give her more exposure and fame. She is an abysmal failure in her role... yet LCPS is aiding and abetting her circus funded by our taxes.
