Remove the racist youth from the team
Remove the school administrator who did nothing about the racist post from the school system
Implement a zero tolerance policy against racism from school official's and students.

Never realized racism ran so rampant at Hough and many other schools until I had a talk with my son. Imagine trying to learn in this environment .

Accountability. Everything comes at a cost. Silence, Unfair, Biased treatment comes at a cost. For everyone that says "All Lives Matter" it is the exclusion of Black Lives in that statement that is the core of the issue. ALL implies inclusion correct?
The actions, civil unrest, and facts contradicts that statement. All Lives havent mattered. The only way to correct an issue is to admit the issue exist and then work towards a solution.

Admin lied about not being able to punish them because it was off school grounds and on social media. Your student handbook says that you can be disciplined, they just chose not to. Stand up for what you believe in! This teacher supports you!
