It’s like your want their sports ability, but ignore the rest of their humanness. “Just shut up and play!” That seems to be the sentiment behind how their complaints have been handled. Not acceptable! That these young athletes are willing to risk their college opportunities and sit out the season, just to be heard, shows their bravery and highlights the weakness of a school that will not protect their emotional well-being. Get it together Hough! May these young athletes be rewarded for taking a stand far beyond what the walls of your school can contain.
