Look. Jerry Jones needs to step down as GM. Anyone who knows what a football is knows that Jerry Jones is an awful GM. He runs the Cowboys like a 3rd world country, building giant palaces and nicknaming them after himself while Cowboys fans suffer another season without a playoff win. He traded away first round picks for the likes of Roy Williams. He swallowed millions of dollars to get rid of TO. He never drafts well. Someone needs to do something about this. Jerry Jones needs to step down as GM and hire someone capable of doing something.
