No doubt driver service operators treats drivers as servants or third class employees. While they are forgetting that they are sitting on their seats because of us. We are giving them business. We are paying bloody $750 a month for receiving their mis conduct in return. They never admit their fault. They dont care at all about taxi operators or drivers.

I'm fully agreed with the driver that being harassed and have no respect at all and we are are their slave and we are not depend on you ,you are there because of taxi driver .
And we would like to recommend that black cabs company should give up the taxi industry or teach your self how to be have with human and we are not animals.
Thats all I wanna say .

When people book with the app, they should be made to give crredit card details upfront. Too many disrespectful customers abusing this and not paying their fare.
