No more humiliation for drivers

Most of the query operators at 13Cabs have no manners how to talk to a human being. They talk to us in a very rude manner and treat us like animals. Its bcos of taxi drivers that they are getting their salaries. They just sit behind a computer screen and a phone, its the taxi drivers who had to deal with all the bad stuff bcos its us who are on the road and not them. We have to deal with drunk passengers, we have to deal with rude passengers, we have to deal with aggressive passengers, we have to deal with fake jobs, we have to deal with idiots on the road and the list goes on and on. These query operators have to understand that them and us are not against each other, we're part of the same team. It'll be best for everybody to work together as a team and be polite and respectful to each other. I know that some taxi drivers are also rude and I'm not taking their side or defending them but with the current working environment and the situations that we have to deal with, it can get very frustrating and stressful at times.

A guy named as Brad harras me without no reason which was totaly unlikely and ashamed for 13 cabs company, after that i left driving cab very dissappointed

Don’t spoil taxi industry with bad behaviour it’s already being exploited by Uber like companies. Just respect driver so that they can servive and contribute to the au economy. Thanks
