So many places in nsw I cant access because it has a massive gate around it, its so sad i can see fences and gates of previous land owners that have been pushed down by the nswnp and have erected their own gates stoping us seeing this beautifully land. What a sad country we live in now.

Please no more National Parks anywhere in NSW. Please push for a Royal Commission into the ongoing mismanagement of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.

If it's not managed by locals on the ground then they do not understand the flow on effects of locking up country. More pests more bushfires more damage not protection.

Make the pros and cons of any new proposed parks public and take a balanced approach. Government should compensate local councils, communities and neighbours who pay the price. Manage what you've got before adding more.

Productive Landscapes molested by pests & struggling at the lowest form of regeneration & care. Natural watercourses destroyed & invaded by feral pigs. Lack of maintenance to infrastructure & fencing which should be exclusion fencing material not 4 barb which apparently allows native species to get through for water!

When Sturt NP started it hurt and affected the district.....nothing has changed all these years later. Couldn't agree with Julie McClure more, wish the powers to be could read.

This is happening in Brewarrina as well. Some of the best producing land is being locked up. Roads are barely passable and Council seemingly can’t afford to maintain roads at a safe level. How are so called tourists going to access parks?

The property I grew up on is now in a scheme of some sort that pays the urban living owner to do nothing - tanks have been ploughed in, buildings pushed over and it’s just a terrible waste.

This government has no feelings for anyone outside Sydney. They are so cruel to rural NSW. HOW CAN THEY EVEN LOOK ANYONE IN THE EYE? Where do they think their food comes from? Out of a bottle or a bag. My grandchild was talking to a city child and was askedwhat crops we grow. My grand daughter replied that we grow oats, wheat and barley. The city child asked"Why don't you grow some food?: I give up," Where does bread come from and all its followers. Peas pop out of a bag and milk pours out of a bottle. The world must think we are one of the dumbest countries living.

This must stop, locking up land and then “managing” it so poorly is a disgrace. Taking people, kids out of schools and work out of small towns is killing western NSW.
