We, the undersigned residents of Concord, New Hampshire, hereby petition the City Council to reject the acceptance of the Ballistic Engineered Armored Response Counter Attack Truck. We do not support burdening the taxpayers of Concord with the costs of maintaining and operating such a vehicle, nor adding $258,024.00 to the national debt by accepting paramilitary equipment that the citizens of Concord do not need and cannot afford.
I have finalized a formal letter addressed to the City Council regarding the unnecessary fiscal burden of the BEARCAT vehicle. This document requests a public breakdown of the total maintenance costs projected for the next five years. We are currently preparing this for delivery to each council member prior to the upcoming budget review session.

Ridiculous! We dont need this military gear sitting in our streets. Think of the schools and roads that actually need that money.
