I have finalized a formal letter addressed to the City Council regarding the unnecessary fiscal burden of the BEARCAT vehicle. This document requests a public breakdown of the total maintenance costs projected for the next five years. We are currently preparing this for delivery to each council member prior to the upcoming budget review session.

Ridiculous! We dont need this military gear sitting in our streets. Think of the schools and roads that actually need that money.
Concord is a quiet town not a war zone. totally ridiculous we need this junk. spend the money on fixing the potholes instead.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY. why do local police need a tank??? so unnecessary.
Local cops act like they are in a movie now. stop buying this garbage with our money.
Seriously? What are they expecting to happen in concord?? This is just a waste of tax dollars.

not needed. keep our town safe from overspending.
