The Communications Authority needs to see us hitting this first century of signatures so they cannot ignore our anger toward ATV. We are almost at one hundred people ready to stop this renewal. Send this link to anyone who is sick of the garbage on our screens right now.

I am sick of ATV, it doesn't have money or talent to run and provide quality free tv service in Hong Kong, please don't extend its TV license and give other other operator a chance!
This channel is horrible with nothing but propaganda. Please discontinue its licence on the grounds that it had not been neutral or provided quality programmes in a long time.
ATV has no longer impress majority, they don't deserve to operate anymore as HK people has enough tolerant in the past 10 years of ATV performance. This free license deserved to belong to one new company with new vision and new thinking. Thank you.
亞視財政不穩健,在沒有足夠的財力去發展及製作節目的情況下,只會繼續浪費珍貴的大氣頻譜,而沒人收看。持續下去只有惡性循環直至結業收場!而無綫在沒有競爭對手的情況下,節目水平不斷下降,及只懂得抄人橋,完全沒有誠意改進!另外無綫同亞視在立場上亦不中立,在一些新聞報導或節目評論可見一斑。因此,應立即收回無綫同亞視頻譜, 重新拍賣!好讓廣大市民有更好的選擇!
我對亞視節目非常失望，重復的節目，沒有香港人拍攝及演出的劇集，時事節目不停作無謂的亞視立場評語，有辱香港多年來曾經是亞太區節目最好的電視提供者，為了香港，為免被其它國家取笑，請不要再續亞視的牌照了。請留牌照給有理想的創作藝術工作者，讓香港再顯生機處處，不再成為創作的一潭死水！通訊事務管理局，請你們好好的為香港把關，為香港未來切想！ 有心人 - Kenneth Hui

致通訊事務管理局／梁振英／蘇錦樑／無綫／亞視： 本人對於兩間免費電視台的節目及質素每況愈下深感厭惡。本人要求政府否決亞視免費電視牌照的續牌申請，並懲罰壟斷本地廣播行業多年的無綫電視，把兩台佔用共15條的頻譜重新再分配，令節目類型更多元，增加公眾的選擇，吸引更多具實力的經營者打破現有的壟斷格局，真正促進本地創意工業蓬勃發展。 通訊局有責任捍衛社會的言論自由和資訊自由。這應是所有相關政策的大原則和方向。《香港人權法案條例》第十六條清楚列明：「人人有發表自由之權利；此種權利包括以語言、文字或出版物、藝術或自己選擇之其他方式，不分國界，尋求、接受及傳播各種消息及思想之自由。」社會的資訊自由乃受香港法例所保障。很可惜，現實是傳播消息的自由，往往由大企業壟斷，而小市民則難以站在同一個平台，公平與之競爭。通訊局沒有好好把關，政策和相關條例都沒有充份保障和推動這方面的人權。 本人對免費電視節目質素已忍無可忍。若政府基於政治原因或其他考慮，必須延續兩台牌照，政府大可收回兩台部分頻譜。兩台運用餘下頻譜經營。 隨著科技進步，本地《廣播條例》明顯不合時宜，它實在需要更新和改革。本人認為，藉著收回部分頻譜後，可以引入有理想有抱負的新經營者進場。《廣播條例》可以新增不同種類牌照，如「社區電視台」，讓非牟利、小本經營、專為特定族裔或社群需要的電視台得以廣播，令香港文化能有更多元發展，增進不同社群的溝通和了解。 本人敦促通訊事務管理局聆聽民意，並要求： 一、收回亞視免費電視牌照； 二、收回無綫台部份頻譜，供其他經營者申請，以促進本地創意工業發展； 三、檢討《廣播條例》，增加公開透明的「社區電視台」牌照，以推動言論自由、資訊自由、及香港社會和文化的多元發展。
