I am completely opposed to the proposed apartment complex project in Bedford. I am a 28 year resident of Bedford and an active voter and will be watching which way the board votes.

This is wrong for Bedford in so many ways, traffic in this area already a problem that widening will not help, too close to the high school for anything good to happen there, and tax payers subsidization. Not good for Bedford.

Too much traffic on 101 already. This project will not help even with the widening project.

Wrong for several key reasons including schools quickly over crowded, traffic congestion, and disproportional property tax implications.

taxpayers should not subsidize the massive profits that will be attained by developers who can charge $800 more per month per apartment because of the excellent schools that homeowners pay for while paying only $2,000/year in taxes

Are you talking about when the school was built? Can you point us to this agreement?

Imagine the trouble down the road when the septic or water fails due to the excess demand. Will this private company pay for improvements? I’m sure NOT! That will be another burden on the taxpayers. This is pure absurdity! This project should be stopped in its tracks now!

Keep Bedford out of projects that will strain our public schools and increase our taxes, ex. a need for public sponsored transportation.

This is very interesting, and needs to be checked out by the current boards.

We don’t want any apartment in Bedford. It will have impact over all quality of schooling and town residents will face more traffic and taxes.

Please let town be town. We love the way it is. Bedford cannot afford.
