NO MORE APARTMENTS for BEDFORD

I grew up in Bedford, and loved it as it is. I can't imagine it any different or it wouldn't have been the childhood I had. Please don't change it!

Leave Bedford as it is. We love it, just like it is!

Keep Bedford a town.

Bedford needs to remain as a town and not become a city.

No apartments next to bedford schools

Agree that Bedford cannot afford to have more apartment complexes unless the basic infrastructure facilities are improved such as water, sewer, gases pipelines, crowded schools etc.

Please do not give any approval to more appointments.

We were told by the school board prior to the approval of the high school that in the future anyone connecting to the high school water system would have to reimburse the town for the entire cost of connecting the school to the water supply.

I am strongly opposed to this plan.

What we need are more affordable houses not apartments.

This area doesn't need more traffic and congestion. I suggest that the developers consider elsewhere, like Massachusetts.

Not an appropriate place to build an apartment complex. Traffic is a major factor and also will put a strain on water / sewer and emergency service. In addition more students will overcrowd the school and no tax revenue generated if property is rental.

while growth is inevitable, it should be the at the discretion of the taxpayers. A powerful few cannot impose their values and ideas on to the masses and expect them to shell out tax $$ for the personal gain

High density growth is a strain on the town resources. Impact fees and taxes don’t cover long-term costs. The geographical layout of Bedford of our small town cannot handle dense growth.

I don’t want urban development. Keep bedford a special new england town.

Apartments are the downfall of a nice town. I lived in one before that was ruined by apartments. I don't want to see that happen to Bedford.

No more apartments. We do not want Bedford to become an urban environment. The roads already have too much traffic. The schools are all full.
