Stop the urbanization in Bedford NH .

These are going to be 'family' dwellings. How long before a 100-unit complex is actually the domicile for 400+ persons? My suspicions are it won't be long.

If A MORE INAPPROPRIATE PLACE in town existed for the construction of affordable multi-family housing, I could not even name where that place might be.

Too much traffic in the area already. The developers are doing what's best for them, not the citizens of the town, as has been their pattern for years.

Bedford has enough apartments. We are out growning our schools already. The traffic in Bedford has gotten worse since we moved here 26 yrs ago!

What a terrible idea! Adding all of these new homes will do nothing but lower property values in Bedford. Why are the apartments not before off in Manchester? There is an simple answer- their school system. So why would we want to create that kind d of strain in Bedford and lower our school system performance? If it does go forward, we should use bonds to pay for all of this required new infrastructure and pass the cost onto these new developments like they do in CA with Mela-Roos taxes.

Let's keep Bedford a charming residential town. There's plenty of affordable housing in surrounding towns and Manchester.

This big project wil not reduce our taxes. We were promise that after the high school was built it would go down. Haven’t seen any sign of a reduction yet.

Bedford has been a family town. I will VOTE against the development being approved.
