Very against this and the traffic it will cause.

We are strongly opposed to an apartment complex in this location in Bedford.

Vote no to any more apartments in Bedford, that area already has enough traffic.

I want to see the character of our town preserved. There is also too much traffic on 101 already

My wife and I recently moved here for the town's character and well-known education system. We would be absolutely appalled to see a 120-unit apartment complex go up right next to the public middle/high school. Beyond the potential tax implications, we do not want our children's school to have an apartment complex right next to it like that, and the town's main roads are already well congested as there's so much other development going on. This petition is good, but I'm worried it will not be enough. Invite others to point me in the right direction of whom I could speak with at the local Town Government to voice strong opposition to this (there doesn't appear to be a working link behind where it says "Please write a polite letter to EACH of the boards on THIS PAGE to demand they stop this.").

Not in favor. Would make a horrible traffic situation even worse! Also, provide easier access to troublw for high school students. Please do not approve.

What the developers are doing is extortion. The town needs to have a backbone and say no to Agnost.

Traffic along 101, Wallace Nashua and other roads are already very bad. Its time to stop developers from converting our town into a high density development and over taxing our schools and roads.

We are new to town but chose Bedford because of the access to amenities and highways, while still having a quiet, bucolic feel to the town and neighborhoods. I am not opposed to workforce housing, but am opposed to 1) adding more congestion to an extremely busy area, 2) losing more green space in what is essentially the center of town, and 3) increasing the population density without a plan to address the overcrowding in the school system.

We already have enough apartments and the traffic at the location is too congested without putting 200 additional vehicles on the roadway there. This is simply two individuals being greedy at the expense of the majority of individuals who already live in this town and want to preserve it.

We're taxing our resources already. Adding more Apartments in Bedford is not helping. Stop the development!

I understand that Rt 101 is being widened, but without changing the light structure at Wallace and adding a light for 240+ people coming & going during rush hour, this will add to the nightmare already existing in that small space. Buses sit at Wallace for 10+ minutes already in the morning waiting to turn - arriving late to school any day when weather is even slightly out of the norm. This is a horrible idea for this location!

Our town is known for the school system, which is already getting crowded. Continuing to add more housing in compact spacing will tax our resources, and the low estimates of kids in these apartments is completely inaccurate.

It is not sustainable to build more apartments in town. It is getting far too crowded and it’s not as desirable to live here any more.
