The high school is already overcrowded, roads in that area are congested. and this plan adds hundreds of more people and cars to this crossroads at the heart of our town. Please preserve the natural spaces and small-town feel that still exist near the Bedford historical area, schools and town center. This feel is what attracts people to our community.

1.Schools are already filled to capacity in Bedford
2. There has been so much development in the area that the wildlife have no where to go. We need to stop driving them out of their “homes”and into our neighborhoods

This plan will only profit the developer and businesses.
For the taxpaying home owner there will more negative than positive:
With More traffic on our roads
With More infrastructure needed
With lower academic test scores
With more civil servants needed
With more drain on existing infrastructure
Bedford will loose in desirability.
This will NOT help my investment in the town of Bedford.

I moved to Bedford 6years ago for the schools I pay high taxes there is no reason to keeping adding affordable housing in our town
