Education is a state responsibility not the federal government. The states were bribed with federal money to sign on to CC. Repeal it NOW.

Let the local communities and families continue to put the values, morals,education and love into
their children's minds and hearts.
NOTHING COMMON IS GOOD
ENOUGH FOR OUR CHILDREN.
OUR CHILDREN SHOULD BE
ENCOURAGED TO BE CREATIVE,
DESIRE WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE, NOT PUT IN A BOX
CALLED- COMMON CORE- BY A GOVERNMENT THAT IS OUT OF TOUCH WITH MANY OF OUR COMMUNITIES.

It is distressing to me how fast and how unobtrusively Common Core was accepted and adopted by the states. No information. No opportunity for parents to learn about it and stand against it.

I don't feel that the government has any business setting standards for the schools, this should be done at a local level, with the people that are there and can see what our kids needs. Not all kids are at the same level. We need to work on getting kids the basic knowledge they will need rather than giving them a new way to look at the problems.

common core though it has just began I have already noticed it lasting effects on my son who is 8 years and no longer wants or has interest in attending public school. So sad that they burnt him out with there repetitive testing.

I am against common core and what it teaches young people. Especially the omission of the history of this country and the constitution.

Common Core is not good for our children and students! They are not academically capable of achieving the goals set forth by this set of standards.

Common core add frustrations to me & my child. It adds unnecessary (mandatory) steps to complete the math problems.

I have looked at these problems and dread the day my son needs help with one of these please stop this altogether

one size does not fit all. return to the basics. This is ridiculous. My kid may end up dropping out and getting his GED.
