Too much traffic already for residents

I can think of no plausible reason for this "church" to be built.

The road and infrastructure in this area can NOT handle any more development whether it be homes or churches. Let them build closer to major highways such as the Beltway and 95 and away from quiet residential areas. I'm sure they want to do this in Bowie because the land is cheaper but the residents of this area will suffer, considering the extra traffic and noise.

I do not support the building of a church and a residential complex on this property

I do not support the construction of a mega church at the intersection of Church Road and Mt Oak Road.

Church, Woodmore and Mt. Oak Roads simply cannot handle the Church traffic on top of the two county Ice Skating rinks and four housing developments under construction in a one mile or less radius. There doesn’t appear to be any land to add additional lanes.

The Church needs to be located in a area which will accommodate its growing followers and is already planned or has existing infrastructure necessary to meet their need for over thousands of people. We are a residential rural neighborhood only. Church Rd traffic is getting more difficult and we purchased homes for the beauty that existed already.

The current infrastructure provided via Mt. Oak road, Woodmore road and Church road are totally inadequate to support this project.

Having a mega church in this location will have several negative impacts on our community.
