Support our law enforcement that puts their lives on the line every day, not the criminals. No cop ever wants to use deadly force and it affects them deeply. Only when necessary is it used. Let's put the good people that protect us first.

No rememberance day for a convicted felon/parolee/murderer. San Francisco leaders you need to get your priorities straight. This type person needs nothing but a prison cell or the justice he recieved.

Disgraceful by BOS. For Campos and Avalos, November can't come quick enough. Please just go away.

It's unbelievable to give this kind of recognition to a felon who stabbed someone and refused to comply with the authorities.

As someone seeking a career in law enforcement, I do not wish to remember a criminal who has history of assualt on a peace officer or any public servant for that matter.

In addition to signing I think we should demand a toxicology report so we can expose what kind of person we are "celebrating"!!!! If he was sober I will retract this part of my comment!!!!

Honor real heroes!!! With this type of approach by city supervisors we'll have the entire year of honoring human scum like this!

Anyone who commits any act of violence against another without justification should not be rewarded for their behavior. Shame on San Francisco.

To know a person can stab another person and get an official city holiday is disgusting..

How about honoring someone worthy of honor?

SF Supervisors are so out of touch with SF residents. They are trying to right a wrong with another wrong. They need to be voted out.

This is a disgrace. What possible justification could the S.F. Board of Supervisors have to honor this ........ uh ... man .. no .....human ....no .. person. ...no..... uhhh. air-waster. This guy was clearly using up valuable oxygen on the planet that more worthy people should be using.

Why would you consider a day of honor for a criminal ?
