San Francisco supervisors should be ashamed of themselves! This is crazy even for San Francisco and everyone loses here.

This is no time to make a hero out of a vicious criminal. Looks at Woods' history!! The officers had no choice but to shot, with other options failing to stop the armed suspect.

How is it you get a remembrance day when your a criminal that just stabbed another person and now it's the polices fault your dead. i knife a close range is more dangerous then a gun. the sheeple need to awake up in the city and stop giving in to the criminal element.

There are more people who are more deserving such as Harvey Milk, George Mascone, and victims of the Jonestown Suicide Massacre.

This is absurd. Police and citizens need to be able to defend themselves against armed and unarmed attackers. I'm tired of the DA not understanding that his job is to put bad guys in jail. And I'm tired of the supervisors not understanding that their job is to represent taxpayers, not criminals.

I truly don't feel this action taken by our Supervisors was appropriate for many reasons.

This is what happens when we become artificially self important. We don't know what is right anymore. Do not celebrate lawlessness!

I disagree with honoring Mario Woods Day. This is an insult to Police Officers who risk their lives Ina daily basis to save others.

Mario woods got his wish, and no more innocent people were severely injured and or possibly killed. Society (San Francisco included) is safer because those law enforcement officers had to make the hardest decision any person should have to do and end another person(s) life. The police did what we all entrusted them to do. Honoring a madman that has no respect for the life's of others is insane. San Fancisco needs to pull their head out of their asses

It's time to right the ship. Liberal politicians and the current White House administration have a tendency to revere criminals while condemning police officers, even though they are clueless about our duties. Honor those who deserve it and let the garbagemen deal with the trash.

Support the Blue, your life may depend on it! When you have a problem you call the Police not the criminal that is the problem.

Unfortunately, I am not surprised by the action of the SF BoS. Don't even want to imagine what they come up with next.
