No to glorifying criminals.

To remember a criminal in such a way, instead of acknowledging him for being just that, is as immoral as it is disgusting. This type of action is destructive to our country and every law abiding citizen with in it.

I have seen and heard politicians doing some very despicable things. This, however, tops them all. Shame on each member of the Board of Supervisors responsible for this debacle.

Yes a life lost be how did the police find him? Ask Jacob - the man Mario stabbed which was the whole reason the police showed up. Brutality meets brutality. No Mario Woods Remeberance day.

Disgusted! Absolutely disgusting! We should never honor someone who committed crimes, assaulted innocent people (yes police officers are people too), and caused his/her own demise! Shameful!!!!

Please reconsider. This is a terrible day for Public Safety and sorry, I will not spend money in SF until it is reversed.

Why on earth is the San Francisco Board of Supervisors naming a permanent day of remembrance for a violent criminal who was killed by police after stabbing one person and resisting arrest?? Our country is spiraling out of control!
