Against inspection of circuit breaker pre-sale should be imposed.
I have recently had my place inspected and the circuit breaker was not mentioned as an issue in that building inspection.
Dear board of directors at Four Winds. I understand the safety requirements but please don't make this a requirement for sellers. I appreciate the idea of bulk discount services from a vendor and will most likely participate if we can get the right deal. Please repeal from requirements and explain to all the reasoning. If this is a critical enough safety issue to be mandated, then it should be mandated for all units, not just at sale. If it is not critical, then it should not be required. In general, issues of unit repairs at sale should be between the buyer and the seller. Tansy Matthews 10303 #111
