This area is starting to lose all its charm. It is getting too busy and we’re losing all the green areas. Bad for the environment, bad for what’s left of the wildlife, and bad for our home values. The west coast of Florida has always been special. Let’s keep it that way!

No to Allure. Don’t need it. Put something more useful to community rather than more housing. A nice wawa or convenience store would be better. A park. Anything but housing

Livingston road is already overloaded. During season, especially if accidents occur (daily) on I-75, livingston road is backed up from immokalee to bonita beach rd. The density of an apt complex in the middle of this area would cause enormous chaos, accidents and additional problems unless alternate roads are built.

NO! There is already too much traffic on Livingston in this area - it is getting worse every year as it is; this will impact our commutes dramatically. There are many reasons this lot was NOT zoned for this - traffic patterns is one that will affect our DAILY living. Please do not do this to us and our families.

Strongly opposed to the rezoning and development. It will have a negative impact on density and on home values.

A totally inappropriate use of this acreage.. Stiock built our home and we were very pleased but we are shocked and upset that they would propose such a development in an area of single family developments. In my opinion this is a money-grabbing proposal reflecting Stock’s change from a community oriented developer to a strictly bottom line reward philosophy company with no concern about the potential damage to the surrounding residents.
