Traffic flow is bad enough already on Livingstone Rd ... High density housing will make it unbearable

Too high. Too large. Too close to the roads. Terrible.

This proposed rezoning to allow 420 apartments will have a negative impact on traffic which is already a problem on Livingston Road. especially during season.

I did not purchase in this area so a builder could destroy the environment with apartments. When we purchased we checked to make certain the area was zoned for housing NOT apartments. Now the city wants to re-zone, if done so we will make certain to vote these city officials out of office.

Development not consistent with zoning or neighbourhood

To allow an apartment complex in a residential community area Is the betrayal of the communities trust and it’s county commissioners.

There are to many units planned and the 4 story design is not consistent with this community or the environment.

Please do not allow this complex to be built. Turning left onto Livingston from Delasol will be a nightmare and this will have a negative impact on the schools nearby which are already crowded

Area was zoned for single family for a reason. Rezoning here means someone is on the take.

With 2 schools and high density communities already in the area, traffic is a great concern. Am opposed to the rezoning of this acreage that will allow development of 420 apartment units.

The traffic congestion on Livingston Rd. will get worse with every new development that happens. Please choose the projects to approve carefully. The area does not not need more high density housing.

Livingston already has a traffic problem and a high density development will compound the issue. The last thing this upscale area needs is a 420 unit apartment complex with additional parking structures. The current infrastructure is already overburdened and not equipped to handle such a development.

I strongly disapprove the high density rental project in the backyard of Barrington Cove. It will devalue my property at Barrington Cove. With 4 stories buildings in our backyard ,we will have renters staring inside our homes and to our lanai. We will loose all the privacy that we paid when moving to Barrington. Also the neighborhood schools will not be able to support the new kids. We all know what happened 10 years ago after building like crazy. Collier County should protect its tax payers from another disastrous real estate recession! If you add the red tide problem on our beach to the excessive building, we are very close to another meltdown in real estate!
