I am against increasing density
I am against annexation through Open Space
I am against developing property that is a land dedication
The land-use designation of this property has been low density residential for over 4 decades, I am against increasing the designation to medium density

These lands should be designated Open Space as part of a Greater Twin Lakes Open Space.

According to a City of Boulders Parcel Summary Report, the BVCP land use designation for 6655 Twin Lakes Rd, is LOW density residential and OPEN SPACE! What's the misunderstanding?

I am against annexing and upzoning the parcels off of Twin Lakes Road and do not feel like its appropriate to build high density buildings on those sites.

If people who desire more development in the Twin Lakes/Gunbarrel area, they should walk on the trails in the area to see the beauty and inspiration this habitat provides. It is simply PRECIOUS . . . please let this area continue to survive AS IS . . . truly, it has made me a better person by its existence!!

Please protect this area from development, which will in turn protect the wildlife and natural environment there - thank you!

I am for: Open Space, keeping the existing density, maintaining the rural
residential look and feel of our neighborhood and community, designating a
portion of the property as a community park.
I am against: forced annexation by the City of Boulder through open space
or any other means, increased density, up-zoning, and the municipalization
of our electric services by the City of Boulder.

Just yesterday my kids and I saw an owl, a very large blue heron, a beautiful bull snake and a mouse all on my walk in the gunbarrel/twin lakes area. This experience for myself and my 2 boys was priceless. Please let us keep the wonder of nature where we live for everyone, but mostly for the children. I was born and have lived in Boulder all my life (48 years) and so I hope you will put value to my voice.

Why do we need to destroy the habitats of creatures that live in peace and harmony with the earth to promote living in solitude and pollution?

This is a very ill-conceived plan that will spell disaster for both residents and wild life

This annexation proposal is a horrible idea in every way. Recent new builds north and east of King Soopers have already strained the resources of this community to their limits with huge increases in noise, traffic, overuse of delicate ecosystems, and overpopulation. I strongly urge the creation of Greater Twin Lakes Open Space instead. We MUST preserve and expand open space as wildlife habitats and recreational areas!

I am vehemently against any "upzoning" of the open fields at 6655 and 6600 Twin Lakes Rd for medium density residential use. I oppose affordable housing development of this property and annexation --preserve our owls and wildlife and expand the open space in Gunbarrel and Twin Lakes!
