Over crowding of Stonehill middle school and Rockridge High school has already taken a toll on kids who commute between both schools and are piled on with too much homework as teachers have no time to teach while time is wasted commuting between schools. LCPS needs to look into approving over construction of homes and not being able to accomodate for basic facilities for families. A single road catering to two schools and lack of dedicated bike lanes or kid friendly commuting structure was not thought of while approving the construction of two schools so close by.
All in all adding more kids to these schools will only collapse the infrastructure. I don't approve.

People resides south of Braddock should not be sent to Ashburn because county officials did not think timely manner. How did we give all the building permits without having enough school and roads?
If we ask this 5th graders, I think they can come up with better plan. We need look into how all builders influence all county officials.
I hope this does not happened.

With the new middle schools things were supposed to be better for SHM. No way we are going to support additional 300 kids added to SHM.. There is no place for kids to walk currently and 300 more will make it worse

We have lived in Kirkpatrick Farms for 8 years. I do not want my daughter going to a middle and high school that is not part of our neighborhood and community. Makes no sense to bus them across Rt 50 for a longer bus ride when we have two perfectly good MS and HS.
