This seems like a disaster waiting to happen. This place cannot provide the infrastructure to support such a folly, and would only be destroyed in the attempt.

The Bull Creek watershed is already too threatened by the existing developments. Don't make it worse.

I am now 73 yrs old, I grew up in this area and enjoyed the beauty of nature all around this area. Let's leave something for our kids and grandkids to enjoy! There is NO beauty in concrete and steel! It saddens me to drive hwy 71 and see all building that has gone on over the pass 50 years!!! Do we really need all those Strip Malls and shopping centers??? Leave some of Gods Country for our kids to enjoy!

This area is not suited for the proposed development. If approved, the development will receive city benefits (fire, police, etc ) without having to meet city development requirements just because it is in the ETJ. The damage to the environment, traffic and drainage will affect the surrounding area and nearby property owners for years to come.

This is not appropriate development in this environmentally sensitive area which is currently primarily residential, parks, and protected endangered species habitat (BCCP). Traffic is already a problem as Spicewood Springs is used as a cut through to avoid 183.

I do not think an eleven-story hotel is an appropriate land use for this environmentally sensitive location, and it currently lacks the infrastructure to support this use and its traffic.

This is a beautiful area, the roads are completely unsuitable for extra traffic as well.

Any development on that road would be a travesty for both the environmental treasure that exists there and for the safety of drivers on that dangerous road. A hotel especially makes no sense whatsoever in that area.
