This is too wonderful of a resource to our citizens to lose control of it.

I am not in favor of selling the hospital to anyone. We must maintain local control. If current hospital administration cannot see a way forward, replace them.

The hos1pital belongs to the residents of NH county, Should only be sold if permitted by a vote of the taxpayers.

I believe the future of NHRMC should be put to a vote. Too much was done behind the curtain without public input. The hospital is an asset to this community and as such should be put before the voters.

I am a native of Wilmington and very concerned about the NHRMC sale. I want to see the original and any subsequent Navigant reports! I want to know their motivations and where they came from. I want real transparency in the process.

NHRMC belongs to the taxpayers of NHC. There is something very wrong happening here. Let's slow it down and make sure this is what is best for the people of NHC.

We do not want our hospital sold. The Board of Commissioners are acting independently and not doing what the public voted them to do. It has been proven that private hospitals raise costs. Our health is not for sale.

I agree whole heartedly. The people should have a say. Put it to a vote. It is OUR hospital, and it is ridiculous 3 commissioners are in control of an entire community who is OPPOSED to this sale. The fact that there is so much shadiness going on is telling me some people are going to be making a lot of money from this.

I strongly echo the statements of the petition. The organizers of the sale ignored what the public said when we first learned about it. Once we lose the good local hospital, we will never get it back. It is more than solvent. Please please reconsider your decisions.
