No Hobo Pantry for the Corner of Brannon Stand and Flowers Chapel

I spoke to Beth Kenward and she said we must-attend the Planning meeting on Wednesday to voice our opposition....strength n numbers. We do not need a Hobo Pantry in our fine neighborhood and especially one across the street from an elementary school.

This gas station and convenience store is an affront to the Highlands community. It belongs on a major roadway not in the middle of a neighborhood.

Too close to the school, and the traffic is already bad there, don't need any more.

I strongly oppose the Hobo Pantry here. I don't want a gas station which sells alcohol and cigarettes to be across the street from our Elementary School. This will also increase traffic congestion as well, and it's already a crowded intersection, not to mention lower property values. This needs to remain a residential area!

Too much traffic! Selling cigs. and alcohol across the street from an elementary school is just so sad.

I'm strongly against the proposed Hobo Pantry being built across the street from Highlands School.

Undesirable business in a desirable neighborhood.

Please do not put any commercial buildings in this area. It will not benefit the community, but it will make our area look tacky and lower real estate value. Brannon Stand is already jammed with traffic as it is.

Very much opposed to Hobo Pantry in the area of the Highlands. We do not need a gas station or convenience store near Highlands Elementary School. Will increase traffic too much and invite crime into the location.

We don't need commercial development and lights next to residential areas and schools. We need a bike path into town for children and people to get around an not have to use cars........

Strongly oppose Hobo Pantry at the proposed location because of the proximity of Highland Elementary, and because traffic at that intersection is already heavy without the addition of traffic going in and out of a Hobo Pantry.

No hobo pantry near the school. I am concerned about the crime.

Please NO gas station! Too close to Highlands Elementary School! My husband and I will be unavailable to attend the meeting unfortunately.
