The property was sold knowing a sizeable variance would have to be granted that included the use of a detention pond as part of the separation. In our opinion, it's a complex intersection that includes parents dropping off/picking up students from an elementary school, peak traffic times on Brannon Stand and traffic coming off of Flowers Chapel Road taking a short cut to Brannon Stand. Adding a large gas station will make matters worse. I wonder if any of the zoning board members have physically visited the location. It can even be visually confusing during peak traffic hours. Perhaps part of the consideration of this project should be a traffic count for a couple of weeks to obtain data on the number of vehicles using all the roads through this traffic intersection.

I strongly oppose the Hobo in my neighborhood due to the increase in traffic, too close to elementary school, decreasing values of our homes, also the inconvenience of the noise from the traffic coming and going and disturbing our quiet neighborhood and residents.

I am against having the Hobo Pantry in our neighborhood due to the increased traffic it will cause especially at an already busy intersection. Also it will be too close to the elementary school and cause even worse traffic problems. It could cause devaluation of property values and a potential increase in crime in our neighborhood.

I oppose the Hobo Pantry due to excessive traffic, too close to the school, too close to residential areas, and potential to draw increased crime to the area.

Not a good location due to school traffic in am and people headed to work on Brannon Stand. Already heavy traffic

Zoning regulations are adopted for good reason. Revising regulations a to chase tax revenue is bad for our community and sets a dangerous precedent.
