We don't need the eyesore that these apartments would create.

Opposed to this development plan. Too large a structure and to dense population

Entirely too large! The intersection and space can not accommodate the increased number of residents.

An apartment complex this size will create significant traffic congestion at this intersection especially during morning and evening rush hours.

4 stories is too high. Church Rd. from John Rolfe Pkwy. to Cox Rd. can not handle traffic increase. School system can not handle increased kids from 225 apartments.

Apartment complex with retail on ground floor is not desired in this neighborhood. Church Rd. from John Rolfe Pkwy. to Cox Rd. is unfit for added traffic too. 4 stories is out of character for county except variance created for Villages at Broad St which was opposed by neighborhoods. Do Not Bend to grandiose vision of more tax revenue.

A building of this size does not belong in our neighborhood. It's impeding size and density requests are too much for the surrounding infrastructure and resources.

This huge apartment building will be out of character of the neighborhood and have too many people live in a small space.

It will be an eyesore. Not in favor at all. Too much traffic and congestion in that area.

This would bring FAR too much traffic density for the area to reasonably absorb --and will only add to the choke point at West Broad and Pump a little over a mile down the road. BAD IDEA.

If you live near Chruch Road, Pump Road and John Rolfe Parkway, you will want to sign this petition for several reasons. It will
- bring up to 500 extra vehicles a day during high traffic times to this area
- look ridiculous. This area is not suited for a 225 unit apartment complex
- possibly reduce the value of your home
- possibly affect the school zoning for your neighborhood
Please also sign up to attend the Henrico zoning hearing on August 13, 2020, to voice your concerns.

This community in which we have lived for 38 years is not conducive to high-rise apartments nor rental properties of the magnitude that you are proposing. We have seen many changes over the years that have changed our surroundings not for the better. This one is definitely not helping our community.

the plans for this propject are completely out of character for this neighborhood, All surrounding property will suffer severe loss in value whic, in turn, will cost the county in tax revenue. I also doubt that the project will come close to meeting its own projected income and we may wind up with an increasingly vacant and run down building next door. That will result in further loss of tax revenue to the county loss of tax revenue from the deteriorating building and a very upset number of voters.
