Ridiculous to even consider allowing four level apartments in this mostly single home neighborhood. Traffic conditions will absolutely become unmanageable and our property values will plummet. Many, MANY votes will be lost for anyone who supports this zoning change.

If the project goes forward as currently planned, the increase in traffic on Church Road and surroundings may cause additional road safety concerns. The project would also add to over-crowding issue of schools which is currently on the school board agenda. It would be prudent for the Henrico County Planning Commission to not approve the project as currently proposed.

Too conjested an area to build so many units and with so many businesses recently shuttered there is plenty of commercial space at West Broad village that have never been filled. This is a bad idea. The area should stay residential with no commercial buildings offered since West Broad village is a perfect example that this doesn't work. In This area anyway.

Far too much for the space; impact on Schools and traffic very troubling!

225 apts would be unacceptable in this neighborhood. It would be bad for the school (Godwin) district as well as the residential area. Single family homes would be much better. Sincerely, Norm & Amy Goodman

This project of apartments poses a huge risk to surrounding neighborhoods as well as traffic concerns in an already probably area.

This proposed development would overwhelm our neighborhoods and is inconsistent with current developments. I am opposed to this proposed development and would prefer seeing condos or single-family homes built.

I do not agree with a project of this magnitude in this space. It should not be allowed for reasons mentioned—impact on traffic and schools, density of development. Plus there is currently empty retail and restaurant space nearby on John Rolfe and in West Broad Village. We don’t need more!

The traffic is already heavy on church road. Now that the proposed widening of three Chopt is stalled, the traffic will only get worse.
