We do not need more traffic or school rezoning. Also, apartments are not necessary in that area nor will they fit into our area. We already have plenty in this area. Three Chopt is full of apartments.

We oppose this I. Our neighborhood. Our schools are overcrowded as it is and this type of housing is not welcomed in our neighborhood.

Way too much overdevelopment

This density will lower property values and overcrowd our schools and roads. The School Board, 20 years ago, deemed schools in this area as overcrowded- this adds an enormous burden!

This is not in line with the neighborhoods we have in the west end, specifically in Thule proposed area. Not to mention the intensified traffic!

Far too big and dense a project to be comfortably absorbed by the area without serious and expensive repercussions to roads, schools, and other facilities.

We don't need this eyesore or traffic in the middle of our residential housing.

Don't, Please Don't! For all the reasons listed in the original article. Way too extreme!

Apartments too high. Would also prefer owning / condos vs rentals.

This hi- rise type of development is not appropriate for our neighbourhood and will devalue our property. Enough green space has been lost in this area and the schools are under such stress that our child faces a 6 mile trip because Godwin HS, which is a catchment area school is under too much stress.

The idea is good. I like the upscale commercial aspect. I do however feel that the height and size of the apartment complex is too much for that area. Lower would be more appropriate.

Opposed to this development - recommend ownership (vs. rentals) and fewer units.
