Inappropriate development for the area. Planning should consider the wider developments and implications to local traffic and community amenity.

The community of Llay of been through enough and still have lots going on in the future with th new houses being built and the struggle this is going to cause on the doctors and the school, we are also dealing with a lot of anti social and criminal activity within the village. There is nothing in the village for the children now so why fetch more families with children to the village which is a great concern for more anti social behaviour due to kids being bored

My daughter nearly died at that crossroads it is not a safe site on a hill with bends and speeding vehicles. Others have died on Llay New Road this road. Pont y Capel Lane is already dangerously rutted and not safe the council id not conforming to their duty of care and should be legally liable for the consequences. They can not afford to do their duty but can find funds for a Gypsy site??

Hack the horse rescue charity uses the designated field for grazing so I presume they will have to go elsewhere. The field is also a model aircraft flying site. Both of these users has been approved by the same council that now wants to use the field as a traveler site - have the council officers got any common sense????
