Thank gypsies that are trespassing at the moment are already causing antisocial behaviour, the kids were throwing stones at the ducks on the lake the other night - it will just get worse. We don't want to destroy this beautiful village.

Absolute disgrace. This should not be allowed to happen. The antisocial behaviour alone will destroy Llay. They set up an illegal site on Alyn waters Llay a few years ago, and left utter destruction.

The village doctors and schools are under tremendous stress anyway not to mention the anti social and violent behaviour they bring

I live opposite end of the village but supporting those that live on the lane supports the village, The only green wedge land to get re-added after removal( i smell a rat ) and the disrespect so close to a cemetary, i hope the council are prepared to fund exhumation and reburying all those loved ones that are trying to rest in peace

I’m sure there are covenants on that land which mean it can’t be (or shouldn’t be) used for this purpose. A beautiful open space blighted by a travellers site! There’s not enough open spaces in that area as it is with all the proposed developments.

It is immoral to kick out an animal rescue charity who do good for people who are generally known only for only doing bad. Also, the infrastructure is not in place to support the proposed camp.

These camps need to be placed away from other residential addresses. It is unfair on other tax-paying citizens who may see their property significantly reduced in value as a result.

this is crazyness just in regard to Llay as a village , it is obvious that the camp will affect the village in many ways not one of them i can think of as being positive ,
The impact on the community will be staggering in regards unruly behaviour that will affect the young people and households in general, while we are quite lucky we have lovely amenities on our doorstep which could do with the odd litter pick but otherwise we are so lucky to have the park ,
We have to be honest and admit there is an element of antisocial behaviour in the village already the impact of an influx of young people and adults for that matter with no boundaries is the last thing we need .At the moment my wife and grandchildren make allot of use of the play park and the park in general for dog walking i really don't think i would be happy to allow them to go to the park unaccompanied if the camp opens ,
To that point i'm not sure how keen i would be to go myself , i wouldn't be surprised if there weren't other families with similar concerns in regard to their safety whole out in the park some areas of which can be quite lonely and isolated..
Also i work away allot of the time i need to know my wife and family are safe and secure in our house i'm not sure i would be as reassured if the camp opened
Don't even get me started on the genius who thought that getting people to pay for parking may be a good idea, why they just couldn't improve the amenity by putting a cafe of some sort not as grand as the one on the other (Bradley) side, but i bet people would be far more willing to pay for a drink after walking the dog or using the play park than pay for parking ..
Anyhow that's a different issue.
the proposed camp in addition to the negative effects on the community what would be the impact on property prices, after working all my life to pay for my home and what i have to have all this put in jeopardy because someone in an office had a brain fart of an idea doesn't make me feel goo

No to a gypsy site in llay. Overcrowded village not enough amineties. a hack site for Animals and public walks will be disrupted.

This should not be happening,welsh goverment legislation once again counter mining the wishes of there ellectorate. I voted like many for local people making local decisions not faceless am's who have travelled no further than the Rhondda.

This is a small community small country lanes ,it would be bat for the environment to place a travelers site there ,not to mention the vans and lorry's that would be going through the village not to mention .the carbon monoxide fuems from the influx of vehicles .plus an extra drain on the local council funds in the area this will no doubt be added to local council tax in the Borough ,I strongly suggest you reject the plan of a travelers site . kind regards David turner
