Suno is merely a plastic clown with a big red nose young people laugh at. Apart from killing the environment, a vast majority of people actively dislike this idea and its motivations. There are so many other genuinely good technologies in music, that Suno will too ruin the reputation of because of its ties with machine learning. Stuff like timbre changers and stem splitters to name a few. If Universities are trying to prepare for the future, a cheap crappy spit in the face of music will not be worth tens of thousands of dollars. It has already lost favour with gen z and gen alpha. Stop stealing from artists. Stop trying to shortcut the long and expansive craft of music and music tech. If you like Suno, you do not like being a musician, which is something every student at a music University is the exact opposite of.

The faculty and staff involved in introducing and teaching AI music at berklee should be ashamed of themselves. Berklee is regarded one of the best music schools in the world, yet feels the need to sell out to capitalistic, corporate machines that threaten art. As an alumni, I stand with the students who initiated this movement

AI like SUNO is taking away the creativity of the human mind. It's an insult to say that AI is better then the creation from our favorite artist and there favorite artist. AI has to be taken down from songwriting and all music classes, and in our lives.

Yeah... no... I don't want to go to berklee anymore, and so do hundreds of talent that wont want to either. youre diluting your product. youre killing your platform. either you stop or you die honestly.
