Absolutely disgusting and shameful what Berklee is doing. It's even more disappointing that it's a music college that is advocating for AI music. This sh*t needs to change and fast!

What Berklee is doing is soulless, a moral failing, and if they don't understand that then it may already be too late... but we need to make sure that they understand this is not economically viable either.

As an alumni of Berklee I find it concerning that Berklee thinks ai generation companies like suno are ethical, good, or frankly helpful for students to learn.

Why feed the machine that is trying to eat you and everything you love and care about?

Having a course that is about plagiarism of musical creativity, effectively producing lack of creativity and mediocracy, in an established and respected institution dedicated to a creative artform is very ironic, to say the least.

Billionaires are some of the most mentally ill people on the planet but few people see them that way due to the media serving their needs

Utterly disgraceful. Jim Lucchese is astoundingly corrupt, and his ties to Suno display nothing but contempt for all musicians.

Unregulated AI development is unethical and the technology stunts intellectual development and cognitive abilities, it is not advantageous to dilute our ability to think critically!

AI cannot love a person, so AI should not make music.
