After Rezoning to build more Residential Homes in the immediate area to then allow this Potential Nuisance facility and its possible Air Quality problems near Schools, Housing, etc.. withour transparency reflects poorly on the newly elected Politicians who will be held accountable at the next election.

It could be placed out of city limits-Apex area for example-and still provide the jobs and energy. Also, how much energy does it use? There's talk it uses more than produces. Regardless if there's a real danger, there's a PERCEIVED danger and once that's there people only believe that. This perception can cause major disruption to our property values and community outlook. Once that negative perception is there it's almost impossible to abolish. Put it out of city limits-there's a huge desert out there.
