Absolutely no need for this as all of these items are less than a mile up the road. Gas station selling alcohol right next to the schools? No.

Please we do not want another gas station so close to our home community. Our home community will start to lose it's appeal and many will seek to move out of this area.

There are already 9 gas stations on spout springs from downtown Flowery branch to the Kroger. There are NEVER fully busy and occupied. This is such a waste to add another gas station. Also we have 2 McDonald’s , Burger King, Taco Bell, Chicfila, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Wendy’s, Huey Magoos, we don’t need more fast food either. How about a nice retail, sit down restaurant.

Do not want more gas stations and fast food next to my neighborhood. Already a high traffic area and too close to two schools.

The community doesn't need a gas station so close to these schools.

We do not want a gas station near our neighborhood or our schools. The proposed development would negatively affect all our property valuation Sterling on the Lake and create a traffic nightmare at the intersection in front of our neighborhood. Please leave our zoning at this location as residential for the benefit of all the homes in Sterling and on Spout Springs as well as for the schools.

Opposed to gas station. I don't want kids in walking distance to cigarettes/vapes, and alcohol.

Keep businesses sell alcohol, tobacco and CBD away from school entrances, out of our neighborhoods and in business sectors.

A Hall County school, a huge church, a huge subdivision, a Hall County public library right at the four corners of this property. A gas station is the LAST thing Hall County should allow to be put here. PLEASE - listen to your tax-paying constituents.

This is the wrong type of business for this location. It will INCREASE the traffic for this intersection, which is already unsafe. The traffic from the church creates a hazard for the church members attempting to cross Spout Springs when leaving the church. The traffic from the library and Sterling on the Lake will also be negatively impacted. Plus the home values in Sterling on the Lake will be negatively impacted.

I expect the Hall County Commission to demonstrate responsible land use management.

We do not need a Gas Station selling Alcoholic Beverages so close to schools and a Church. This is a quiet residential area and should remain that way. We do not need the additional traffic or fast food restaurants.

Do we want Spouts Springs Rd to look like Buford Hwy in Chamblee and all of the crime that goes with it?!!!
