No REZONING! Stick with Comprehensive Plan. No Gas Station/Convenience Store Next to Neighborhoods or Schools

This will destroy the beauty of this major community. There is a gas station 200 yards to the left and 3 gas stations near Spouts Springs and Friendship (2 miles away) and 3 additional gas stations at Spouts Springs and Hog Mountain and at 985. Not to mention every fast food location all around. No more.

I do not feel this is the best location for a gas station. The location at the corner of the highschool, the traffic that it will bring to an already busy road for highschool students to enter and exit the school. I also agree this would most likely become a "meeting ground" for teens and could cause problems.

Too close to the schools and making an already treacherous intersection have more cars entering it.

Too congested of area for that number of businesses and the number of people going to the businesses.

I oppose this gas station! Please keep our community beautiful!

As a resident of Flowery Branch , Hall County GA. I oppose this development on Sprout Spring to maintain the safety of near by residents.

Please stop trying to build on every available corner. Our community is too big and the infrastructure cannot handle this type of growth. We are quickly losing the small town feel. It breaks my heart to see the place I grew up and still live becoming so overdeveloped.

There are no positives for this gas station to be built in this area. There is also no need for another gas station on Spout Springs when there is one on the other side of the road within walking distance. The traffic in and out of this proposed location would be a nightmare for those of us who live across the street in Sterling as well as blinding lights on all night long, and extra noise pollution. Crime would also be brought into the area of residential zoning and destroy the values of homes in the Sterling neighborhood. No one needs another gas station or fast food restaurant across from a major housing development or near any schools. Please do not approve this application!

As a resident of Sterling on the Lake and future high school for my 3 children, I seriously oppose the proposed development. Decreased home values, increased crime, and irresponsible community development and zero master planning. Please do better for our community.

It is not in the best interests of the large residential areas immediately adjacent to this property nor in the interests of multiple schools in the area. Additionally this type of zoning will create an adverse impact on the housing properties in the area devaluing home values and creating an adverse impact on tax revenues.

Enough of this type of development. We absolutely do not need or want this.

Please don't build a gas station in front of our subdivision!

Hall County has enough new development and it is causing traffic issues, destruction of trees, displacement of wildlife, and a deterioration of the quality of life.
