No REZONING! Stick with Comprehensive Plan. No Gas Station/Convenience Store Next to Neighborhoods or Schools

Please, no gas stations/drive thru restaurants or such commercial entities!

This is in my back yard. The road noise and pollution is enough. House values are dropping.

We just don’t want a gas station anywhere on the intersections coming in and out of our neighborhood. Stick with the gym and food ideas.

I am against this zoning plan do to the crime and other illegal activities it can bring to our kids, schools, and surrounding neighborhoods. I VOTE NO!

I am against this do to the rise in crime, drugs, sex trafficking and other illegal activities it can bring to our schools, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Ridiculous that we have this many gas stations so close to each other and now we feel the need to add another one and probably a vape shop and more crappy fast food.

This development will disturb the peace of 3 churches and 3 schools within half a mile from this site. A convenience store will want to sell alcohol on site, and there is a regulation in place that prohibits this.

I oppose the gas station and two restaurants on that property.

In the plans of this development, Elizabeth Lane is connected by an entrance/exit road. A store, two restaurants, and fueling stations will cause a big increase in traffic and litter on Elizabeth Lane, a very narrow, winding residential road with minimal shoulder area and no lighting. Please put provisions in place; guardrails, stop signs and speed limit signage. Also signage regarding enforcement of "no through trucks". Currently there are many oversize trucks using Elizabeth Lane and it will increase with this development. Please increase enforcement of speeding and violations caused by trucks over weight limit, length, or over 10 wheels on Elizabeth Lane.

My vote is NO We do not need any further congestion on Spout Springs Rd than there is now. I agree with everything that is said on this petition.

I am not in favor of the gas station that is planned for this location. I am strongly against it.

I live off of Capitola Farm and Spout Springs and I have an incredibly hard time getting onto spout springs now that it’s four lanes. This would make it nearly impossible for me and my family drive that way. Please, just NO!!!

We are vehemently against placing a gas station so close to our neighborhood. It is dangerous for kids being so close and we want businesses away from residential areas. Not to mention we already have enough gas stations in close proximity
